In March of 2010 a package was mysteriously left at a Los Angeles county sheriffs headquarters containing a hundred hours of video footage showing severely disabled women being sexually assaulted by anonymous men. Detectives have few leads, the only thing clear is that the scenes were shot in residential care facilities, but police do not know if they are located in LA county. Authorities have released screen shots and composite drawings of the attackers. In hopes that people can help or that the tipster who dropped off the package will come forward.
