A shooting occurred yesterday, January 19th, around 11:45 a.m. on the El Camino Real High School campus in Woodland Hills. A Los Angeles Unified School District police officer was wounded in the shooting. Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Jaime Moore told KCAL-TV LAPD sources said authorities are looking for a white male in his 40s. The suspect was last seen running east on Burbank Blvd., wearing blue jeans and a bomber jacket. Due to the suspect being at large, the highschool was on lockdown for several hours. According to students and teachers, everyone was pretty calm and students were following the story in class. The main complaints were hunger and students needing to use the restroom.
