Registered Sex Offender Arrested For Obscene Phone Calls

Paul J. Cricks, 48, a registered sex offender from Glendora is accused of making harassing and obscene telephone calls to a Covina business associated with children.
He was arrested at a West Covina motel Wednesday April 18, 2012.
The owner contacted the police when he received several graphic and sexual telephone calls from a blocked number.
Covina police put a trace on the phone and the next phone call was traced to Cricks.
Family members at his registered residence said he wasn't living there, as required by law, police said.
Cricks had been living in various motels in Los Angeles and Orange counties..
The state's Megan's Law website lists Cricks' offenses as indecent exposure and annoying a minor under 18.
He is in custody at Los Angeles County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
