Naked Man Arrested For Alleged Indecent Exposure, DUI, and Possession of Meth

A 34 year old wanted to feel his sense of freedom and by that he meant driving around naked waist down.

Investigation revealed that Umar Khan from Glendale often drives around the city at night or early morning hours looking for a cul-de-sac or home driveway to park in and masturbate.

Khan was also convicted of indecent exposure in 1998,

Khan was arrested on Thursday January 26, 2012 for suspicion of indecent exposure, possessing methamphetamine, and driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Indecent exposure is a sex crime that can result in harsh penalties and sex offender registration according to California Penal Code section 290.
