Further, in 1993 I worked for a Superior court judge as his right-hand man and assisted him in deciding his cases. This close working relationship with a superior court judge gave me great insight into how judges decide their cases and how the defense can impact his decision-making process.
Moreover, I worked for the State Bar of California to select judges for the state of California. When the governor decided to appoint specific candidates to become judges, he must have them investigated by the commission I worked for. This process of investigating current and prospective judges has been invaluable to me in defending my criminal clients since 1994 as a criminal defense attorney.

HISTORY BEHIND OUR ENCINO, CA ADDRESS
The main hub office of the Hedding Law Firm is in Encino, CA. It has been there for over twenty-five years. This is a beautiful location in the heart of the San Fernando Valley in an all-glass building on Ventura and Gaviota.
The building itself is famous for a number of different movies that have been filmed there – including Scarface. There are a number of scenes where money is being brought into the bank at the lower level of the building and a number of other movies have been filmed at that location.
The penthouse is a beautiful suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and some of the best criminal defense attorneys in the state of California have had office space at that location. Currently, since we have been based out of there and have been so for many, many years, we are well-known to our clients for working hard and getting results in criminal cases throughout Los Angeles.
Although we do a lot of cases in the San Fernando Valley and also do a number of cases throughout Los Angeles County which stretches from Lancaster to Long Beach and all over the LAX court down on the west side which handles most of the criminal cases that are filed in that location.
